Tynet accepts mail in equipment from any state in the country.

TYNET accepts mail in equipment from any state in the country.

Please call our dispatch center at 1-800-955-4075 to verify that your equipment is feasible for shipment. TYNET shipping coordinator will assist with packing instructions if needed – proper packing and shipping procedures will assure safe transportation of your equipment.

You will be given a repair dispatch ticket number to display on the shipping box. Repair payment methods can be discussed and arranged at this time. TYNET accepts company checks, Visa, Master Card and PayPal. Upon reception of the unit for repair a TYNET Tech will professionally assess and contact you with an estimate. Repairs usually take only 24-hours.

Equipment will be returned to you via UPS ground unless other arrangements have been requested. All repairs are warranted for a period of 90 days.
